ABOUT

Hello! I’m Nakeya Mosley, a freelance drafter with a B.A. in Architectural Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.

Since graduating from Pitt, I’ve built a diverse and well-rounded drafting career that spans multiple industries. I began as a CAD Operator in the athletic turf field industry, where I developed technical precision and learned the unique design and installation standards of athletic fields. I later transitioned into the kitchen and bath industry, where I gained deeper insight into interior layout standards and client-focused design solutions.
Eventually, I returned to my architectural roots, joining a company recognized as a leader in BIM, 3D scanning, and architectural support services for the AEC industry. Through hard work and determination, I advanced into a Project Lead role, contributing to both residential and commercial projects and mentoring newer team members along the way.

Today, I work independently as a freelance drafter while pursuing a graduate degree full-time. I’m currently accepting new projects and open to full-time opportunities with the right company. If you're looking for a professional to support your next project, feel free to reach out.
